Lev 10:8-10
8 Then the LORD said to Aaron,
9 "You and your sons are not to drink wine or other fermented drink whenever you go into the Tent of Meeting, or you will die. This is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.
10 You must distinguish between the holy and the common, between the unclean and the clean, (NIV)
If it isn’t clean then it is the opposite unclean.

Prov 23:29-35
29 Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaints? Who has needless bruises? Who has bloodshot eyes?
30 Those who linger over wine, who go to sample bowls of mixed wine.

33 Your eyes will see strange sights and your mind imagine confusing things.

If you are a believer you are called to spread the good news, the gospel.
Be instant in season and out of season.

So again, does this apply to you as a Christian?
If you are a believer you are called to preach (the good news) the gospel, the word. Be instant in season and out of season.
Does it make a difference if you are in church or outside of church?
If you are not to drink wine before going to church and you are a new testament believer and you are called to deliver the good news (the gospel) in church or outside of church should wine be any part of your menu?
