\\Let’s take a look at the contrast between the old and the new. Is there any difference between the old leaderships of our country in their attitudes, and their beliefs and the leadership of our country today, not including president number 47, but up until then, what were their attitudes and beliefs.

Are they the same today as they once were?

What does the leadership say and do now?

What are the principles this country was founded upon, and the principles that this country is operating on today?

Now I put this message together before number 47 President Donald Trump has come back for his 2d term. He is of a different spirit than what we have had in the recent past. I believe along with others that he accepted Jesus in his heart during his first term in office. This time when they tried to kill him twice, actually 3 times but one of them wasn’t made public, anyway while he was running for president this time he remarked publicly saying, “others have told me that God protected me” you could read between the lines and understand he defiantly believes that himself. Now, I would like to read to you an article that was on CBN news concerning what some people have said about president Trump, in this case these people, being the ones who practice witchcraft. From dabblers to hard-core practitioners, witchcraft has been on the rise in the U.S. in recent years. It has become so trendy that there's an entire TikTok hashtag dedicated to WitchTok, and it's got billions of views. The occult has gained popularity in the political realm as well, once again on display during this election season.

In the lead-up to the presidential election, witches were trying to cast spells against Donald Trump, but this time around they were reportedly frustrated, that their spells weren't working.

The Toronto Star reported on one example in which a group of roughly 100 witches had been gathering by Zoom to attack Trump in the spirit realm. "Armed with orange candles, tarot cards, and a not-so-flattering photo of the former president, they cast a spell to block his return to the White House. The final words of their synchronized ritual — 'You're fired!' — echo as Trump's image burns to the ground," the Star reported.

The group is led by a woman with 25,000 subscribers on her mailing list, and she invited all of them to join her in hexing Trump before the election.

But other news outlets reported that some witches were publicly bemoaning the failures of their spells against Trump.

An ABC News outlet in Alabama reported about witches writing on the Reddit forum that their spells won't work like before, with one of them saying she believes it's because many people are praying. "Therefore he has a shield, a flimsy one of course, but a shield nonetheless (I am trying to figure out a way to create spells that can bypass that, but it's difficult)," the witch reportedly wrote.

Another posted, "I hate to say this, but don't do magic against him. He has a form of protection surrounding him that feeds off of magic done against him. You will have better results if you focus your magic on helping his opponent or protecting yourself and others."

Also writing on the, WitchesVsPatriarchy thread on Reddit, another witch agreed that something appears to be protecting Trump from their spells.

"Some other witches have mentioned that doing spells directly against Trump are not as effective as we might hope as he seems to have some kind of protection around him," she complained. Trump publicly acknowledged God's protection of his life on multiple occasions since he was nearly assassinated at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in July.

Witches seem to be obsessed with trying to hex Trump since he entered politics. As CBN News reported throughout Trump's first term in the White House, witches were publicly trying to bind him and even his Supreme Court picks, casting spells against them, especially right before the 2020 election.

The trendiness of witchcraft on social media makes some young people believe it's just a harmless hobby. But people who used to be practitioners of witchcraft warn it is real, and it eventually destroys the person practicing it.

CBN News has spoken with an ex-witch named Jenny Weaver many times in recent years. She's is now a Christian minister, but she reports her teenage dabbling led to darkness and terror.

\\When it comes to moral principles and spiritual beliefs we will see there has become a stark contrast, maybe to the point of no gray areas at all, but a complete division not only pertaining to past leadership but also among the citizens of America today, and the many citizens that put recent past leaders in office. Our focus today is mainly on the past leadership of the United States, where it was, and continued to be, for a 100 and 50 years and contrast it to what it has turned into now, not including the 47 th president.

In biblical history in the books of Jonah and Nahum they cover an interesting time period concerning the city of Nineveh.

In those two bible books God sent Jonah and Nahum on a mission to tell the Ninevehites where they stood with him, and what was going to happen to the Ninevehites, because of their wickedness. You will recall, God through Jonah gave the Ninevehites his message of how they were going to be destroyed. But Nineveh repented, and God relented of the disaster he was going to impose on them. Jonah Chapter 3 verse 10 tells us, “Then God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God relented from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it. But a hundred and forty years later it was a different story. Nineveh had gone back their old ways of wickedness and God sends Nahum to Nineveh this time with a message and it was for keeps. We get a clear description of the current condition of Nineveh In Nahum’s day. In chapter 3 verse 1 it tells us Nahum 3:1 Woe to the bloody city! It is all full of lies and robbery. Its victim never departs. And in Nahum chapter 2 verse 13 we read "Behold, I am against you," says the LORD of hosts, "I will burn your chariots in smoke, and the sword shall devour your young lions; I will cut off your prey from the earth, and the voice of your messengers shall be heard no more."

The commentary in my bible concerning verse 13 explains it this way; the fall of Nineveh is an act of divine retribution. `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Now, to our country the United States of America, let's look at America and its History. What about America the United States of old, and America the United States of today.

Well here in America today our leaders say, I’ll do this, I’ll do that, again I am talking about up until #47 President Trump’s second term the president that we have now. They professed to do the things they desire and never mind whether it lines up with God’s word and his will and his ways. They say, they will do it their way, by their own ability and strength, and their own standards never mind whether or not it lines up with Gods word. But that was not the case in the past. When America was young in its younger days, and even shall we say up to two thirds of the history of United States of America, there was a stark contrast, a much different attitude, and we will see that as we get into this message. As a country What did we used to be? May I suggest to you that we were a God fearing, God honoring people that went by his will and his ways.

We will confirm this by reading comments of past presidents, the leaders of this country, and some of our countries statesmen.

Our founding fathers believed God was the glue (so to speak), the very foundation that our country was to be built upon. They looked to God for divine knowledge and wisdom and they followed his will and his ways and they sought his guidance. Their statements bare witness of that. Lets look at some of their statements. You, yes, all of us including me will be shocked by the past leadership attitude when contrasted to what we seen in our leaders of today and what this country once stood for and what it is now. Our country of today is completely different from its foundation.

We'll start off with statements from presidents from the very beginning, our founding fathers and how the things they established continued throughout the history of our country up to President Truman anyway and maybe longer, I don’t know for sure just where the line is drawn but that is a very long time period, (from 1797–1953) a total of 100 and fifty six years. John Adams was the first VICE President of the United States (1789–1797), and he was also the second President of the United States (1797–1801) We’re talking about a period of time even before the turn of the century. 1789-1801 and he makes this statement, he says, quote "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice ambition, revenge and licentiousness would break the strongest cords of our constitution, as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made ONLY, for a moral and religious people. In summing up his statement he says, It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." Don’t pass over that word he used, ONLY. Our constitution was made ONLY for a moral and religious people, says John Adams.

John Adams using a whale for an example, a whale going through a net is self-explanatory. John Adams says, this country cannot be a successful country without Godly principled people running the country in a Godly manner, the constitution doesn’t mean a thing without Godly principled people running the country. John Adams makes his belief very clear.

Now to the 6^{th president of the United States, he had the same last name Adams, but he was a different man. His name was John Quincy Adams, He said this, PRESIDENT JOHN QUINCY ADAMS 6th president of the United States, he served from 1825 to 1829. "The highest glory of the American Revolution was this: It connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity."}

The result of the American Revolution says J.Q.Adams was the bond of principles of government with Christianity. How much clearer, could it be said, that America was founded as a Christian nation? The leaders of our country plainly stated that. President Obama disagreed with that, he said we we're not a Christian nation. You know what, Obama is right, today we diffidently are not a Christian nation. Many of our laws have gone against God’s principles and some have even circumvented the constitution.

PRESIDENT ANDREW JACKSON # 7 President of the United States from 1829 to 1837, said this The bible is the rock upon which our republic rests

PRESIDENT FRANKLIN PIERCE 14th president of the United States serving from 1853 to 1857. said Let not the foundation of hope rest upon man’s wisdom. It must be felt that there is no national security but in the nation’s humble acknowledged dependence upon God and his over-ruling providence.

So said president Pierce. \\Unfortunately we are not adhering to God’s over-ruling providence in the United States today. I believe we are going to see this play out in a way we don’t want.

PRESIDENT ULYSSES S. GRANT 18th president of the United States from 1869 to 1877.

Hold fast to the bible as the sheetrock of our liberties. Write its precepts on your heart and practice them in your lives.

\\How about that, president Grant believed our liberties are based on the precepts in God’s word. Should the leaders of our country be following the precepts written in God’s word, YES, president Grant sure believed that and said so. Do we see that happening with the leaders in recent years of our country up until # 47 anyway, the answer to that is a resonding NO. What is in the hearts of the majority of the people in this day and age? Do they consider the absolute need to put God’s principles above there own wants and desires or have they made laws that go against God’s word and his will and his ways and do the things God says in his word, not to do?

PRESIDENT BENJAMIN HARRISON 23rd president of the United States from 1889 to 1893.

“There are some things we cannot dispense with; among these are God’s word and truth, and those religious influences by which he brings the heart of man into subjection, to moral law.

\\So where do we get our laws of morality from? According to President Harrison We get our morals from the principles in God's word. Without God's word there are no moral principles in my estimation. Do we find abortion, same sex marriages, transgenderism, in God’s word? NO just the opposite, God says don’t do those things. Now here in America today man makes laws saying this activity is ok, do whatever you feel like doing. As a country we have drifted a long way away from what we declared ourselves to be and once were. PRESIDENT GROVER CLEVELAND 22nd and 24th president of the United States from 1885 to 1889 and from 1893 to 1897.

\\Grover Cleveland said, “God is our destiny and our heritage”. I hope we all could agree with that quote, “who has, at all times, been revealed in our country’s history. Do we see that revelation in our country today? NO, just the opposite is taking place today.

PRESIDENT WILLIAM McKINLEY 25th president of the United States, (optional) serving from 1897 until his assassination in 1901. He said this

The more profoundly we study this wonderful book, the better citizens we will become, and the higher will be our destiny as a nation.

\\So, So far we have covered 100 years of statements by various presidents of the United States and the results were, our nation prospered, under Godly principled men for a 100 years to this point. Our leaders made it very obvious what the principles America was to be governed by, and it was God's word.

That was in one century, now on to the next century.

PRESIDENT WOODROW WILSON 28th president of the United States he was president from 1913 to 1921 This was the time period for some of us pertaining to our great, great, great grandparents generation. He declares

America was born a Christian nation for the (purpose of exemplifying to the nations of the world the principles of righteousness) found in the word of God. The State Department and CIA should take note of this comment.

\\President Wilson said we were to be an example to the world of a nation governed by “principles of righteousness” found in the word of God. Do we see any statements at all, like this, taking place, coming from the mouths of our leaders here in the United States today? Quote America was born a Christian nation for the purpose of (exemplifying to the nations) of the world (the principles of righteousness) found in the word of God. In today’s society our leaders and most of the people are saying nothing like this. At this point in time if they did, the people and the media would make any leader an outcast. Ask yourself, for the most part, have the majority of the people and the media turned their back on God? They sure have.

PRESIDENT WARREN G HARDING 29th president of the United States, serving from 1921 until his death in 1923 “I have always believed in the inspiration of the Holy Scriptures, whereby they have become the expression to man, of the word and will of God.

This next president statement is pretty profound. PRESIDENT CALVIN COOLIDGE 30th president of the United States from 1923 to 1929.

We do not need more material development; we need more spiritual development. We do not need more brains; we need more character. We do not need more of the things which are seen; we need more of the things which are not seen. \\All the Christians who are walking in God’s will and his ways most likely can agree with that statement. That statement cold even put a smile on their face.

PRESIDENT HERBERT HOOVER 31st president of the United States from 1929 to 1933 We are indebted to the book of books for our national ideals and institutions. Preservation rests in adhering to its principles.

\\So another words what I get out of this is, what president Hoover is telling us is, what our nation should be run on, and they are the principles in God's word and that's what preserves us as a nation so he says. How about that, so says president Hoover.

Let's not forget what we are reading about here today, these are the comments and beliefs of the former presidents, the leaders of our country. They made their decisions based on the principles in God's word. These are presidents, these are the type of people the American public elected and wanted running our country.

PRESIDENT FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT 32nd president of the United States from 1933 until his death in 1945. On the flyleaf of ten million Gideon testaments, he commanded the reading of the bible to all members of the nation’s armed forces.

\\I understand the Chaplin's of today are very limited as to what they can say concerning God and that's a total understatement. After all God’s word is the exact opposite of what the military is being trained today with their transgender ideas and their woke agenda, for example, training all their military cadets at West Point to walk around in high heals so they can know what it feels like. Just unreal, but it’s really happening. But I understand this administration we have now is changing that, I sure hope so.

PRESIDENT HARRY S. TRUMAN 33rd president from 1945 to 1953. The bible is the moral code of our nation and of civilization.

That statement was made by the 33rd president The 46th president is in office as I am putting this message together with the 47th about to be sworn in. We have covered over a 100 & 50 years of some presidential comments, not a complete coverage, but by now we should be able to see without a doubt what their beliefs were, and what their standards were, and how they believed our nation should be governed. I believe their comments came from their hearts and not just a lot of hot air as we have seen in our lifetime, plus the lies and deception we have heard, up until now.

\\Back in March (3-7-2005) in the United States our supreme court was focusing on legality of the 10 commandments being posted in or on government property. This remark by president Truman stands out in light of this event. Again Truman, The bible is the moral code of our nation and of civilization.

Now here are 3 American Statesman’s comments The first Statesman comment is made by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN he states, "He who shall introduce into public affairs the principles of Christianity will change the face of the world."

Another Statesman WILLIAM PENN "If thou wouldst rule well, thou must rule for God, and to do that, thou must be ruled by him. Those who will not be governed by God, will be ruled by tyrants." \\This comment by William Penn is interesting considering what we have been seeing in our lifetime up until recently.

We will end with a quote by stateman Daniel Webster. Statesman WEBSTER quote "Finally, let us not forget the religious character of our origin. Our fathers were brought hither by their high veneration for the Christian religion. They journeyed by its light, and labored in its hope. They sought to incorporate its principles with the elements of their society and to diffuse its influence through all their institutions, civil, political, or literary. Let us cherish these sentiments, and extend this influence still more widely; in the full conviction, that is, the happiest society which partakes in the highest degree of the mind and peaceable spirit of Christianity."

\\You can discern from these statements what our former leaders and statesman believed in their heart. God established the moral standards of this nation. Our past presidents and statesman bare witness of that. Wouldn’t you agree? They believed in adhering to God's word and his principles. After a 150 years have gone by, now another 70 plus years have taken place and we hear nothing coming from our leaders and statesman that even resemble what this country was founded upon, and the principles that it was built on. God brought our country through those times and we as a nation prospered greatly during those times.

\\Our country as a whole has gotten to the point where they have turned their back on God and his principles. They have removed all references to the ten commandments out of the court system. Remember, they are commands, they are not suggestions. Remember the judge in Alabama I think his name was Roy Moore I am not sure about that name, anyway he tried to keep the ten commandments but the federal government forced the remove of them, he also got dethroned. What have they got to swear by now? Do they even do that anymore, I really don't know? Remember when people went to court, and when they went on the witness stand were required to lay their hand on the bible and swear to the statement "Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God?" I wonder if this happens anymore, maybe it does, I don’t know?

Our lawmakers and those who make the rules disregard Godly principles period.

Up until now it may have changed, but the federal government was forcing the states to recognize same sex marriages.

Today we are now reaping what has been sown.

Today The main thing we hear our country say is, ("God bless us" or God bless America.) The overall conduct of this nation does not line up with God’s word. So how can God, bless a people, that go against his word? The laws of our land have been changed and now many go against God’s word. Many in the US go their own way, thumb their nose at God, and do their own thing.

In many places we now have, abortion on demand, same sex marriages, it is illegal to pray in public schools, we take down all references to God in our public buildings and the list goes on.

Will God continue to bless a nation that goes in this direction? Obliviously that won’t happen. According to biblical history and comments by the former leaders of our country the answer is NO. Read what happened to Nineveh in Jonah and Nahum’s day. God sent Jonah to Nineveh with a message, “your wickedness has come up before me” I God will destroy you Nineveh and Nineveh made a turn around the first time, and God relented. But a 140 years later they were right back to their old ways of wickedness and God destroyed the Ninevehites. Read biblical history and what happens when the people turned their back on God. Time and time again, God’s judgment fell upon them. The events that have happened in past history tell us, God gives people plenty of warnings and cuts them a lot of slack but it does not go on forever and ever, and there will be a price to pay.

The late Ruth Graham the wife of the late evangelist Billy Graham commented something to this effect, that “if God doesn’t judge America, he will have to apologize to Sodom & Gomorrah”. For in one hour your judgment has come.' That’s the (NKJ) now For More clarification the living bible states Rev 18:10 this way. They will stand at a distance, terrified by her great torment. So who are those that have set themselves upon a firm foundation? Romans 10:9&10 tells us “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. The explanation is in Verse 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (NKJ) and there is more good news is summed up in verse 13 Romans 10:13 For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." If you don’t fall into this category now, may I suggest to you, that you do that immediately.

SUMMARY In summarizing what we have read. For over 150 years our leaders for the most part, it could be said, that all the leaders believed in God and steered the country in his will and his ways and these were the type of people that the American citizens elected to govern our country. Like Zelensky in Ukraine outlawing Eastern Orthodox religion and nullifying their holidays, including outlawing their Christmas in January, which has been celebrated for more than 1,000 years, the Biden White House is trying to eradicate our religious beliefs and customs.

White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre has doubled down after President Joe Biden declared Easter Sunday “Transgender Day of Visibility.”

Jean-Pierre’s statement on X Saturday followed overwhelming backlash to Biden’s animated affirmation of the controversial holiday as the same day as the holiest Christian holiday.

“On Transgender Day of Visibility, the Biden-Harris Administration honors the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirms our Nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect union where all people are treated equally,” Jean-Pierre posted.

Biden’s proclamation – issued on Good Friday, another sacred day for Christians – announced that “transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our nation” and called for the passage of the Equality Act. That law would codify Democrats’ embrace of gender identity, the made-up concept that one can identify as a sex other than what they were born as and become that sex. Democrats have tried to pass the bill for years but have yet to get it across a president’s desk. Christians across the nation spoke out after Biden’s declaration went viral. Republicans in Congress overwhelmingly opposed it as well.

“The Biden White House has betrayed the central tenet of Easter — which is the resurrection of Jesus Christ,” Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) posted on X. “Banning sacred truth and tradition—while at the same time proclaiming Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day”—is outrageous and abhorrent. The American people are taking note.”

Biden has posted an Easter message on Easter Day in years past, although those statements were much shorter and seemingly boilerplate than his lengthy Transgender Day of Visibility call-to-arms.
