START* Good M or A or E
How wonderful and uplifting it is to come and praise & worship the Lord. Amen
TY WT for bringing us into that relationship place with the Lord, what a blessing that is, we don’t take it lightly, it’s a real blessing!
TY you for coming here today, it is nice to see people gathered together in the name of the Lord. God’s word says,
"For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." Matt 18:20 (NKJ) How about that, Jesus is in our midst.
Supernatural happenings in the (BOA) Book of Acts. Things that only God can do.
Prayer - Father bring to our attention and give us insight into everything you would have us glean and understand from your word today. Amen
Supernatural happenings - For that we will go to the book of Acts, where THE CHURCH WAS FORMED But
First ```A little Background, we are going to be reading about the church, the church of the New Testament, the church of today.
The book of Acts is a sequel to the life of Christ in the Gospels, and it records the spread of Christianity from Jerusalem to Rome.
The word sequel is defined as - anything that follows from something else; a development or a consequence or a result.
What we are looking at here today will have all three of these elements.
``````````````````
The book of Acts being a sequel to the life of Christ in the Gospels, let’s address that before going into the book of Acts.
Jesus is the foundation for the Book of Acts amen, his ministry is recorded in the gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
Let’s glance at some of Jesus ministry in the gospels before turning our focus on the book of Acts.
So what did Jesus do? WELL In the first gospel, Matthew chapter 4 and verse 23 and I quote
Matt 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people
.Then the next verses following tell us
24 Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them. How many of them, this verse implies that he healed all of them, it flatly says he healed them.
Here is a specific example.
Matthew chapter 8: verses 14, 15, and 16 and I am quoting, “Now when Jesus had come into Peter's house, He saw his wife's mother lying sick with a fever.
15 So He touched her hand, and the fever left her. And she arose and served them.
And in verse 16 it tells us, When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed [[ all ]] who were sick, here is that word ALL again
And Again Another example - JESUS AGAIN 2 blind men. Next chapter in Matt 9:27 We read, When Jesus departed from there, two BLIND MEN followed Him, crying out and saying, "Son of David, have mercy on us!"
28 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this? " They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."
29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to you."
And in Verse 30 first part of the verse tells us And their eyes were opened.
Going on to Another miracle Jesus performed.
Matt 9:32 As they went out, behold, they brought to Him a man, mute and demon-possessed. This is the (NKJ) translation that I am reading. Here is that same verse in the Living Bible, the Living Bible being a thought for a thought translation instead of using the word mute it states “a man who couldn’t speak”. Here is that same verse in the living bible
Matt 9:32 When they left, some people brought to him a man who couldn't speak because he was possessed by a demon. (NLT)
Now that verse and following to verse 33
Matt 9:33 And when the demon was cast out, the mute spoke. And the multitudes marveled, saying, "It was never seen like this in Israel!" (NKJ)
We could continue on with many, many, more examples as recorded in the gospels, the multitudes of healings that took place. In the interest of time we will continue on with our main message.
\\We just read, that Jesus dealt with several situations in Syria all sick people who were afflicted various diseases and torments, demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics, and specifically Peter's mother-in-law sick with a fever, then two BLIND MEN and then a man who couldn't talk. Whatever peoples needs were, he met them. The word says over and over again, he healed all of them.
``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Before Jesus left the earth he told the disciples this:
Luke 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. (King James V)
The Living bible puts it this way Luke 24:49 (NLT) "And now I will send the Holy Spirit, just as my Father promised. But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven."
\\So that’s what the believers and the disciples did, it is recorded in the book of Acts.
In the book of Acts a 120 people were holding a prayer meeting in an upper room and the day of Pentecost arrives,
I am now reading (Acts chapter 2: verse 1) and following in the (NKJ)
Acts 2:1 Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
dropping down to verse 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.(NKJ)
\\Remember our topic is, Supernatural happenings in the Book of Acts, and we have just touched on one. The Book of Acts is loaded with them.
They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they began to speak with other tongues.
`````````````````````````````
\\So what did the other people, other than the 120 that were in this upper room have to say about all this?
Well dropping down in chapter 2 to verses 7 & 8 it tells us, and we read
Acts 2:7 - Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, "Look, are not all these who speak Galileans?
8 "And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? (NKJ)
\\Now we need to understand there were other people in Jerusalem at this time of celebration, other than the 120 in this upper room, people of a dozen other different nationalities and they heard them speak with (other tongues), in their native languages and what made this amazing was, all the 120 in the upper room were all Galileans,
one native language, and yet they spoke in over a dozen other languages.
God’s word says, the people that were in Jerusalem at this time were:
Now we are reading Acts chapter 2: verses 9,10 & 11 "Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,
Verse 10 "Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, and verse 11 says
Cretans and Arabs-- we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God." \\Again our topic is among other things is, Supernatural things, in the book of Acts, things that only God can do, and this certainly qualifies as an example of that. Man can’t do this, but God can.
````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
\\After this takes place Peter gives a sermon, he needs to explain some things to the people.
His sermon is found in the same chapter, chapter 2 of Acts and starts at verse 17 and following to verse 39.
In his sermon Peter points out that it has been prophesied that God said among other things, that in the end times, he would pour out his Spirit upon all flesh. What does Peter mean by saying that?
````````````````````````````````````
\\First We will take a look at where it was prophesied in the old testament and that is found in Joel chapter 2: verses 28-29 we will read it in the King James
28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. (KJV)
\\Now we have read the King James the The Living Bible translation puts it this way, remember, the Living Bible is paraphrased meaning it is a thought for a thought translation using different words (a thought for a thought.)
Joel 2:28 {The LORD's Promise of His Spirit--} Quote, "Then after I have poured out my rains again, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams. Your young men will see visions.
29 In those days, I will pour out my Spirit even on servants, men and women alike. (NLT)
So Joel prophesied this, it’s in the Old Testament, this is somewhere between 805 and 835 BC, meaning of course, Before Christ. Again this is found in chapter 2 of Joel verses 28&29.
\\Now back to the book of Acts chapter 2, Peter’s sermon
Acts 2:14-40. in the (NKJ) This is his message.
Verse 14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, "Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words.
15 "For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. May I make a remark at this time?
\\The other people, other than the 120 in the upper room tried to explain this away by saying, they are drunk. They certainly hadn’t seen anything like this before, so how else to explain it? Peter continues on in chapter 2 verse 16 "But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
17 'And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My men servants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
\\Let me just comment at this time, who knows how long a time period the sun will be turned into darkness? I wonder if that’s why when the Holy Spirit told us to buy generators over 10+ years ago and when he told us to do that he said, to get a natural gas or propane powered generators, he didn’t say anything about solar. Just a thought, verse 20 says, the sun shall be turned into darkness, interesting
Continuing on in Acts chapter 2: verse 21 we are still here in Peters sermon And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.'
\\What Peter is saying here is found in Joel just as we have read earlier. Following now and continuing on in Acts with Peters sermon - - -
Verse 22 "Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know--
Verse 23 "Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death;
24 "whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.
25 "For David says concerning Him: 'I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken.
26 Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.
27 For You will not leave my soul in Hades, nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
28 You have made known to me the ways of life; you will make me full of joy in Your presence.'
29 "Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.
Verse 30 "Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,
31 "he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.
Acts chapter 2 verse 32 "This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.
Chapter 2 Verse 33 "Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.
2:34 "For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself: 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand,
35 Till I make Your enemies Your footstool." '
36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ."
Verse 37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?"
Acts chapter 2 verse 38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 "For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call." \\Praise God, that’s us, quote “the promise is to you and your children and to all who are afar off, all wo are afar off” that brings it home to you & I
Verse 40 And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation." (NKJ)
```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Personal NOTE We have covered Peter’s sermon. 20 min 1-13-25 23 &25 min confirmed 22 mins 3-9-25 to this point
````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Now let’s look at one of the many more miracles that God performed in the (BOA)
\\Here is another one of the many instances where God did something that man can’t do; that only God can do. We are looking at Supernatural happens in the Book of Acts
By the power of his Holy Spirit supernatural things are accomplish.
A lame man is healed. ------- let’s look at it.
Acts chapter 3 verse 2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; (NKJ)
Now going down in Acts chapter 3 verses 6,7&8
Peter talks to this guy in verse 6
6 Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk."
7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and anklebones received strength.
8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them-- walking, leaping, and praising God. (NKJ)
\\Stop and think about this for a moment. How many times had this guy laid at the gate, everyone entering the temple knew him, they have walked by him many, many, times, time after time, after all he has been this way from birth.
Take note of chapter 3 verse:2 it says he was born that way actually it says “from his mother’s womb.”
\\This is astounding to me. This lame man who couldn’t walk from birth but now he is walking, and the bible says he is leaping and praising God.
\\Remember we are looking in God’s word (the Bible) at supernatural things that only God can do. He sure changed this mans life.
The word of God says, “with God all things are possible. By the way that verse is found in Luke 18:27 all things are possible with God. I’ll read it Luke 18:27 - But He said, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God." ```````````````````````````````````
\\Now continuing on in the Book of Acts by the Power of the Holy Spirit, the apostles keep working for the Lord. On to chapter 5 verse 12: and we read
Acts 5:12 And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon's Porch.
Dropping down to verse 15 of chapter 5 and we read,
Acts 5:15 so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them.
\\Peter must have had quite an aura about him since they wanted Peters shadow to fall on some of them.
. Next verseChapter 5 Verse 16 Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were ALL healed.
\\Don’t you like that word ALL it’s so inclusive “they were all healed”
```````````````````````````````````````````````
\\BUT as you might expect ------- Not everybody is happy!
They get Opposition from those in authority.
\\Why, well there are a couple of reasons mentioned here and the key words mentioned are, indignation, and jealousy-
So the Apostles were throne in jail, Imprisoned and a miracle happens, freedom. Here is what takes place.
Acts 5:17 the very next verse Then the high priest rose up, and all those who were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with indignation, so the (NKJ) says then
The living translation puts verse 17 this way. Acts 5:17 The high priest and his friends, who were Sadducees, reacted with violent jealousy. (NLT)
Chapter 5 Verse 18 NKJ and laid their hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison.
\\But Look at how God turns things around for them,
Acts 5:19 But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said,
Verse 20 "Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life." (NKJ)
\\Remember now, we are talking about, only things God can do.
Only God can open doors that are shut, doors that have been closed, and set prisoners free.
Notice how God will move and do mighty things to keep the good news of his word going forth.
``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Now in Acts chapter 8 – Another thing happens that only God can do.
And This time it’s Philip -- ---
Acts 8:5 Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them.
6 And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.
Verse 7 For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed.
\\Here again miracles that only God can do, -- deliverance – the paralyzed and lame Healed.
```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
OMITT for the 50 min read. Because of time limitations we will skip this next incident
DROP DOWN TO START*
Omissions could be added Phillip preaching to an Ethiopian, also the catching away of Elijah but it would push message over an hour.
If this were added, message would increase to mins?
PHILLIP’S second experience
\\Continuing on here is another experience that Phillip had and it is very obvious that it was completely orchestrated and lead by God.
He goes and preaches to an Ethiopian.
We’ll read about this incident in Acts chapter 8 verse 26 and following - 40. Acts 8:26.
26 Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, "Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." This is desert.
27 So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship,
28 was returning. And sitting in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet.
And verse 29 tells us Then the Spirit said to Philip, "Go near and overtake this chariot."
Acts Chapter 8:verse 30 So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"
31 And he said, "How can I, unless someone guides me?" And he asked Philip to come up and sit with him.
Verse 32 and following The place in the Scripture which he read was this: "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and as a lamb before its shearer is silent, so He opened not His mouth.
Verse 33 In His humiliation His justice was taken away, and who will declare His generation? For His life is taken from the earth.
34 So the eunuch answered Philip and said, "I ask you, of whom does the prophet say this, of himself or of some other man?"
\\Of course we all know this is talking about Jesus, but the Ethiopian didn’t.
Chapter 8 verse 35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him.
36 Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, "See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?"
37 Then Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."
38 So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him.
39 Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord CAUGHT Philip AWAY, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing.
\\Definition: That word caught in the Greek (har-pad'-zo); harpazo is defined as -- catch (away, up), pluck, pull, take (by force).
Next verse
Verse 40 But Philip was found at Azotus. And passing through, he preached in all the cities till he came to Caesarea. (NKJ)
We won’t go into it but, there is another example in the old testament where Elijah was caught up in a whirlwind. It is found in II Kings chapter 2: verses 8 through 12.
At this point I would like to interject this. Many of us have heard others explain away miracles saying that the miracles ended with the apostles, and they are not for today. Take note, this is Philip and both Stephen and Philip were nonapostle’s, God worked through them with miracles, signs and wonders following their ministry. ------- Isn’t that interesting.
OMITTED for the 50 min read. Old testament example of caught away.
\\Caught away: We’ll take a little side trip at this point. Has this ever happened before to anyone else? The answer is Yes, there is an instance in the Old Testament when Elijah passed the mantle on to Elisha. And there may be others also but this one is in
II Kings chapter 2: verses 8 through 12, we’ll read about that incident.
II Kings 2:8 Now Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water; and it was divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground.
9 And so it was, when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask! What may I do for you, before I am taken away from you?" Elisha said, "Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me."
\\Elisha as we know was the prophet Elijah’s servant.
Verse 10 So he said, "You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so."
We are now at 11 Kings Chapter 2:verse 11 Then it happened, as they continued on and talked, that suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses of fire, and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried out, "My father, my father, the chariot of Israel and its horsemen!" So he saw him no more.
And he took hold of his own clothes and tore them into two pieces. (NKJ)
\\So in this instance we see Elijah was caught up and taken away also.
````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
*START* here with the 50 minuite read AND also for the 41 min read Continuing on.
\\The book of Acts is full of examples of God working through believers to do his supernatural will by the power of his Holy Spirit.
In Acts chapter 9 Peter has this experience.
\\So here we are continuing to talk about things that only God can do.
Acts 9:32 Now it came to pass, as Peter went through all parts of the country, that he also came down to the saints who dwelt in Lydda.
33 There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden eight years and was paralyzed.
9:34 And Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you.
Arise and make your bed." Then he arose immediately.
\\That is really something else, this guy, paralyzed eight years, to be in that position for eight years I certainly would never want to experience what that felt like, but look at the results of what happens next.
Acts Chapter 9 Verse 35 tells us, So all who dwelt at Lydda and Sharon saw him and turned to the Lord. (NKJ) Praise God.
\\Just think about this, the people in Lydda and Sharon knew it was a miracle, this guy has been bedridden, paralyzed for 8 years, now that’s a long time. When you see something like this happen it sure gets the attention of the people quote, “all who dwelt in Lydda and Sharon turned to the Lord.”
\\While Peter is still in the area of Joppa, another miracle incident takes place. We’ll look at what God does this time in the Living translation. So far we have read all most everything from the (NKJ) This is the Living translation. Remember the living bible is a paraphrased translation, these are not the actual words transcribed, but it is however a thought for a thought translation
Acts 9:36 and the following verses
36 There was a believer in Joppa named Tabitha (which in Greek is Dorcas). She was always doing kind things for others and helping the poor.
37 About this time she became ill and died. Her friends prepared her for burial and laid her in an upstairs room.
But 38 But they had heard that Peter was nearby at Lydda, so they sent two men to beg him, "Please come as soon as possible!"
(The common practice Today is, we just use the letters and say, come (ASAP)
verse 39 So Peter returned with them; and as soon as he arrived, they took him to the upstairs room. The room was filled with widows who were weeping and showing him the coats and other garments Dorcas had made for them.
40 But Peter asked them all to leave the room; then he knelt and prayed. Turning to the body he said, "Get up, Tabitha." And she opened her eyes! When she saw Peter, she sat up!
41 He gave her his hand and helped her up. Then he called in the widows and all the believers, and he showed them that she was alive.
Chapter 9:verse 42 The news raced through the whole town, and many believed in the Lord. (NLT)
\\When People see and hear what only God the creator of the universe can do, and does do, it makes believers out of many immediately.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
Now as we are approaching the end of our message today I would like read to you two prophetic words the first one was given by Kenneth E. Hagin at Rhema Bible College in 1983. The second one was given to this church body here at RMMI in 1994, eleven years later.
Pastor Lynette Hagin of Rhema was preaching a message that I was listening to, about keeping the fire burning. And in her message she brought out a prophecy by her late father in law Kenneth E. Hagin had been given back in April of 1983. She said, I want read this prophecy, it will help you to understand what will happen in these last days. And I am quoting,
“In this move, in this move, in this move that is about to come it will not altogether be something new that you’ve never seen, it will be a combination of everything you’ve seen put together plus a little bit more. In this move of God that is just about to spring upon you there will be manifestations of casting out demons that you haven’t seen yet. Now some of you have gone back from casting out demons and the spirit of God said, I begun a move along that line a few years ago” and Lynette comments and said, (and we remember that in the eighties), again quoting “and men avoided the move. They mixed some of their own thinking in on it, and they tried to control it, and do it according to carnal, and according to this way and that we think it ought to be done. But you haven’t seen anything yet of what you are going to see in dealing with demons.” And Lynette makes this remark, (And I believe there is a lot of demonic activity out there, how about you, yes, even in the United Stated of America). And going on, quoting Kenneth “For demons are let loose upon the earth, they are going about as never before because they know their time is short, and so in this multiplication there is an advance of demon activity, there will be the activity of the Holy Ghost. Demons that have harassed men, demons that have held ministries in check, will leave, and you have not seen yet what you will see in the area of dealing with demons, casting out demons, exercising authority over demons, and you are about to step into them like you’ve stepped through a door into another room.
And secondly says the Spirit of God, you have not seen revival of the divine healing that you are about to see. Oh yes, you’ve saw those that I raised up, you’ve seen men and women mightily used of My Spirit. I sent them forth as a pilot program to come and train you, but many just looked at them and lifted them up, and some of them were lifted up in pride and the anointing left them, and some of them became money minded and lost the anointing.
But there will arise” and I believe in this groove, the groove in this page, a brand new breed, they’ll not be greedy of filthy lurker, they’ll not want to attract attention unto themselves, they would care less whether God uses me, they would rather God used you, and God will not just use ministers he will use layman. And there will be a revival of divine healing such as you have not seen in your lifetime, or read about, or heard about, saith the Lord.
And a revival of the supernatural not only the supernatural in casting out devils, not only the supernatural in healing the sick, not only the supernatural in speaking with other tongues, but the supernatural in the realm of the seen realm.
Men will see the glory of God, a cloud will hang over certain congregations, even the church building for days at a time, and everybody that passes by sinner saint alike will say, well what in the world is that, I have never seen anything like that. And there will be in other places fire of the Spirit that will actually become littoral. Oh yes, in the Spirit realm some of us have seen it, in the Spirit ream with the consciousness of the fire of God. But the fire will actually come into manifestation and there will be people, sinners as well as saints that will see fire all over the heads of the people. There will be people driving down the street or down the highway and they will see fire on top of the buildings and they will come and say, what does all this mean? But you see, the Lord will use signs of his presence to bring people in the last days into the fullness of his Spirit and into full salvation. So many miraculous things in the realm of the Spirit, with greatest miracles of all in the building so thick caught in the net, that the nets can’t hold them, there will not be church houses enough to hold the people.
For the purpose of it all is, that you may be fishers of men. Quit fishing in your bathtub, there are not any fish in your own bathtub, go out where the fishes are and throw out the net, not the hook, the net, and pull them in.
And the glory of the lord shall shine, and the end time shall come, and you’ll stand in the place, yes many of you that stand here, will stand in the place of ministry that you have not stood in before, and will stand in the place that is ordained for you from the foundation of the earth. And if it could be told you, if we were able to tell you in human language that which will transpire in some of your lives, your mind would not be able to comprehend it. For you’ll see it, you’ll rejoice in it, you’ll be glad in it, and it is just out there a little ways in front of you, be faithful, be joyous, and rejoice in the lord always and he will bring it to pass.
\\Now parts of this next prophecy I am reading was given to the church body here. Now this is a small portion of a prophetic word given here, 11 years after the prophecy that I just read you from Kenneth E. Hagin. The prophetic concerning the end days here on 7-17-1994, Page (2) “For in these last days, saith your Father God, multitudes, multitudes shall turn to you because they'll see you walking in the victory. They'll see you walking in the blessing, they'll see you walking in the authority and they'll run to you. Yea, they'll come by night, they'll come by day, they'll come seeking shelter. They'll come seeking help and you must know your authority in me, saith your Father God. You must know that I have given unto you the authority and the power. Yes, the authority and the power and the ability to do all things, great and mighty things! For there shall be miracles, there shall be signs, there shall be wonders. Yea, you shall see creative miracles, miracles one after another, you shall see them.
There is more to this word. It coincides with the Hagin prophecy. But in the interest of time we are going to stop here.
OMITTED You shall see them come without legs and they shall leave with legs. They shall come without arms and they shall leave with arms. They shall come with body parts missing and I your Father God shall perform a creative miracle. And they shall go from this place, saith your Father God, they shall go from your place to come, they shall go, yes, they shall go and they shall be made whole. And the word shall spread, the word shall spread, and they shall come to your houses at night, and they shall knock upon your door, and they shall seek safety. They shall seek you to help them for the deliverance that they need. And you shall minister unto them. For my people shall be a great army. Yes, they shall not be an army that shall not move back in fear or draw back in fear, but they shall be an army that is bold! For they shall be greater than even the mighty men that David had. For you shall do things that man before in the past was fearful of doing, but you'll have no fear. For you'll be strong in me, saith your Father God.
*START* the CONCLUSION \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
\\So in conclusion we have covered some of the miracles healing and deliverance Jesus did in Syria, they brought him all who were sick and he healed them, Peters mother-in-law with the fever, two blind men healed, mute man delivered, and healing ALL who were sick.
Then in the book of Luke where Jesus said, “I send the promise of my Father upon you”
Then we proceeded into the book of Acts where that prophecy was fulfilled. The 120 in the upper room, Holy Spirit fell and they spoke in tongues.
Then we read Peter’s sermon he explained among other things that in the old testament days 800+ years BC Joel prophesied this would happen.
We read about when they went to the temple and In the name of Jesus a lame man was healed.
And we read Acts 5:12 quote “And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people.
We read where there was opposition but the angel of the Lord opened the prison doors, and they went to the temple and preached to the people.
OMITTE used only IN THE LONGER READ IN INCLUDED
We also read where Philip went down to the city of Samaria For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed.
We read where Peter prayed for Tabitha she was dead and Peter prayed and she came back to life.
We should also take note that Philip was not an apostle but was a believer and God worked through him.
*START*
We have just read the Kenneth E Hagin prophecy back in 1983 about what would happen in the end days and part of a prophecy give here in 1994 concerning the end times.
We recall in Peters sermon Peter remarked about Joel’s prophecy, My men servants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy
I would like to add one more scripture that wasn’t brought up so far.
Jesus said in John 14:12 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. (NKJ)
We also know that in God’s written word in Joel and Acts that in the end days “(his Spirit will be poured on upon all flesh)”, a great revival so to speak. I believe we are living in that time now and we will see the fulfillment of all that God has said.
So hold on to your hat, it’s going to be a fast ride for everybody. For the world, it will be a very hard ride, but for us, the church, those in Christ who are walking in his will and his ways, we will have obstacles of course, but God said that we will be overcomes and his Spirit will be moving, without measure, and it will be a ride filled with joy and happiness.
26 the LORD lift up His countenance upon [us] you, and give [us] you peace." '
Omissions that could have been added Phillip preaching to an Ethiopian, also the catching away of Elijah but it would push message over an hour.
Go to CONCLUSION
You'll be strong in me, for my power shall be flowing through you without limitation. For I shall pour out my spirit upon you in these days, saith your Father God, without measure, without measure! And the dreams that you had before in the past shall be small in comparison to the dreams that I will give unto you now, your visions, yes, they shall even be greater! And you will be able to see into that spirit realm and know and understand in that spirit realm as only I know, and only my children that walk with me. You shall know and understand those things and you shall walk in constant victory. It shall not be a time of up and down, but it shall be a time of constant victory. Constant victory! Constant victory! You'll not know defeat! You'll not know discouragement! You'll not know lack! You'll not know suffering! You'll not know pain! But you will walk in the fullness of my promise.
AND now we’ll skip down to -----
OMIT OMIT ------------
For I said unto the children of Israel when I delivered them out of Egypt that no sickness, disease, or pestilence shall enter their dwelling. None of the plagues of the Egyptians shall enter into their dwellings. That promise is for you also my children. For I've established it to all my children. And you can walk in the fullness of that and know of a surety that I your Father God shall fulfill it. Even though you haven't seen it in the past, you shall see it now, saith your Father God. You shall see it and know it now. And people will bless you. They'll desire to give unto you their goods They'll desire to give unto you their fortunes. But heap them not up for yourselves, saith your Father God. But it shall be for my work in these last days, saith your Father God. And you shall have all the finances that you need. For just as the Egyptians gave unto the Israelites, and they had no lack when they left the land, you also shall have no lack. For they shall came and they'll give to you. They'll plead with you. They'll beg with you to take their money, to take their riches. To take the things that they have because they'll be fearful of the things that are going on. But you shall walk in victory! You shall walk in victory, and many things shall be done. Yea, and I'll see to it, saith your Father God, as you continue to go on with me, that you shall be out of debt in every area. Not only your church, but everyone that comes. Everyone that walks with me shall walk in that place of being debt free because I your Father God shall see to it. For you need that in these last days. For if you're not debt free in these last days, saith your Father God, then you'll become a slave to the one that you owe, and you'll became in bondage. So I your Father God shall move. Yes, I shall move in these days that are just ahead, and I shall begin to deliver you out of that. I say unto you, be very careful. Be very careful. Make sure you're hearing my voice if you enter into anything, saith your Father God, that shall put you in the place of bondage. Make sure it is me directing you, because at times I shall direct you to bless you. I shall tell you to do things that in the natural seem stupid. In the natural they'll seem crazy, and you'll say why this or why that, Lord? And I'll do it to bless you. I will turn it around where it shall become a blessing to you. Yea, not only to you, it'll become a blessing to many, many others. And you shall walk in the fullness of those blessings. For I am moving on your behalf, saith your Father God. I am moving mightily on your behalf. I've always desired to move on your behalf but now, now you're pressing in. Now you are pressing through. And again I say unto you, tear down the complete wall. Tear it all down, that entering into my presence becomes normal. That it becomes natural. That it becomes a continuous thing, not just a working up to. But that when you came into this place, saith your Father God, when you came into my house to worship and to praise me, you'll come already in that place of worship and praise, and you'll only enter into the supernatural, And I'll be able to move mightily. I'll be able to do the miracles. I'll be able to do the creative things that need to be done for other people. For you'll have no need. Know ye not that I said you'd have no need? It will be others that I'll need to move upon. And I need you in that place, saith your Father God, that you're in the full place of worship. Worshiping me, exalting me, lifting me up on high that the world knows it's not you. That it's not some supernatural thing that you're doing, but it's me. It's my power! It's my might! It's mine, saith the Lord! Touch not my glory in that area, saith your Father God! But humble yourself and realize that I have chosen you. Foolish ones in a sense, those that have been discouraged in the past. Those that have run and fled and hid from the enemy. Yea, even those that did not want to press all the way in. I've chosen you, saith your Father God. I know what I am doing, and I shall make of you the greatest army possible and many shall join your ranks, not only here, saith your Father God, but throughout the whole world. But it's you that I have chosen. It's you! Understand this! It is you that I have chosen! It is you that I'll move through the greatest! It is you that I shall move through the mightiest!
And others shall come and they shall receive from you, and they shall take it into other places. And this miracle revival shall spread throughout all the world. For the things that they're seeing now are small in comparison to the things that I'm about to do, for my work in these last days shall be glorious works. They'll be works that, yea, my prophets dreamed about, that my prophets sat back and thought about. Even those of modern day, yea, they've thought about these times, but they have not seen these times, nor have they entered into these times before. But you have entered in, saith your Father God. You've entered because it is truly the last day. It is that time, it is that hour, and you have moved into it. Hallelujah! You have willingly, yes, you have willingly submitted unto me, and listened to me, and followed my commandment. And you have moved into that place. Said I not unto you, you have broken through the walls? Now it's time to tear the wall down. Now it's time to become even more mighty than you are right now.
Some more of that same message
IT IS TIME that when you begin to pray that even the traffic that passes by this place, that passes by the place that you shall be at, shall came to a standstill. For they'll not know what's going on but they'll sense my presence, the awe ness of my presence. And they'll weep and they'll cry, and they'll fall on their faces and they'll repent from sin. For my power shall be there without measure, and they shall see it hovering over you, saith your Father God. It shall hover over you in a greatness, a heaviness of a cloud. A cloud, a pillar of fire, that many shall see. For when they come looking for you knowing not where you are, they shall see the light even as the wise men saw the star and followed to the place in Bethlehem. They shall know where you are because that supernatural glow, that Shekinah glory of Almighty God shall hover over you, and it shall draw them. They shall come, yea, like metal to a magnet they shall come. They shall come from the North, they shall come from the East, they shall come from the West, they shall come, they shall come! Yea, and they shall be charged up Yea, a newness of spirit shall enter into them and they shall go back and they shall change the places that they live in. And there'll be a speedy work done. It shall not be a long work saith your Father God. So do not misunderstand me or think that I am saying it is going to take a long time. For it shall take but a short time.
